	K-State will play Kentucky in Findlay Toyota Las Vegas Invitational K-State will play Kentucky in the third round of the 2008 Findlay Toyota Las Vegas Invitational Nov. 28 at the Orleans Arena, as organizers announced the final round match-ups of the tournament July 18.
	Prince agrees to new five-year contract Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Intercollegiate Athletics Bob Krause announced Aug. 7 that head football coach Ron Prince has agreed to a new multi-year contract, securing the services of the coach through the 2012 season.
	Women's basketball announces 2008-09 schedule The defending Big 12 regular season champion, the women's basketball team, will play nine squads who reached the 2008 NCAA Tournament, as head coach Deb Patterson announced the 2008-09 schedule Aug. 5.
