For events such as wedding receptions, holiday parties, class reunions, etc., with a dance, the entire first floor of the Alumni Center is required to be rented. This space includes: the Barrett Wildcat Den, Tointon Great Room, Johnson Terrace and the entire Banquet Room.
The cost for renting the first floor, along with the dance floor is $2,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve the space. The remaining balance is due upon invoice after completion of event.
Dates and times (subject to availability):
Wedding receptions and other special events will have access to the banquet room from 8 a.m. to midnight on the scheduled day. Dances must conclude by midnight.
Space will not be available to rent for wedding receptions during the following times: April through K-State's spring commencement and September through November.
Banquet room capacity including dance floor:
No more than 350 people in the Banquet Room seated at round tables. No more than 400 people in the Banquet Room seated at banquet tables.

If alcohol is served, security may be required. Please contact the Alumni Center if you will need security. Any damages to the Alumni Center will be charged to the renter upon final billing.
