Following a Big 12 Championship season in 2012 that included a No. 1 BCS national ranking and a berth in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, excitement is building for Kansas State University's 2013 football season and the opening of the new West Stadium Center at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

Athletics officials recently announced a full menu of ticket options for the upcoming football schedule. The first day of ticket sales was March 4.

Athletic Director John Currie also recently announced a schedule change for the opening game. The first game will now be Friday, Aug. 30. Read the complete announcement here.
Fans interested in tickets will again be offered a variety of choices for season and single-game tickets in 2013 for a slate that includes eight games in Bill Snyder Family Stadium, including five against Big 12 opponents. The Wildcats' 12-game slate includes nine opponents who were bowl eligible in 2012, six of which will visit Bill Snyder Family Stadium, plus two-time defending FCS National Champion North Dakota State.
Public season bench seating in Bill Snyder Family Stadium is priced at $320 again this season, a cost of $40 per game, while chairback seating remains at $355 or $44 per game. Prices for K-State faculty/staff are $255 for bench and $285 for chairback -- a cost of $35 and $31 per game, respectively. A Young Alumni ticket package is available for $200 for K-Staters who their undergraduate degree since December 2008.

"With the grand-opening of the West Stadium Center, our legendary head coach Bill Snyder beginning his 22nd season and raising the flag of another Big 12 Conference football championship, it is an exciting time to be a Wildcat," said John Currie, K-State athletic director. "Last season's fan support was incredible as we tied a school record with six sellouts and achieved the second-highest average attendance in school history. With eight home games in 2013, which includes first-time trips to Manhattan as Big 12 opponents for West Virginia and TCU, it is important to continue to provide our fans with different price levels and options and ensure that Bill Snyder Family Stadium is filled each home weekend this fall."
Those interested in purchasing new season tickets can do so at http://www.k-statesports.com/. Seating location assignments will be determined in May after all renewal orders and upgrade requests from current season-holders have been processed. Season ticket holders renewing their tickets can do so online and may also purchase additional single-game tickets for home and away games with their renewal order. Beginning March 11, fans can purchase new season tickets or renew in person at the Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum or by calling 1-800-221-CATS.

Fans ordering their season tickets may again take advantage of a payment plan option at no extra cost. Those who renew before March 29 can elect to split the cost into five equal payments or four equal installments if received after March 29.

It is anticipated that the suite, club, chairback and view level seats will be sold out through season ticket renewals.  Locations available to new season ticket holders in May will include premium bench sections along the sidelines of the lower level, bench seating in sections 9 through 20 in the south end zone and sections 424 to 426 on the east side of the stadium.
