Aggieville celebrates 125 years of tradition

The Aggieville Business Association is celebrating Aggieville's 125th anniversary beginning at 10 a.m. Sept. 20. All K-State alumni and friends are invited to participate in numerous activities, including:

• A Mini-Maker Faire
• Kids' carnival
• Vintage car show 
• Old-fashioned ice cream social
• History in the park, with carriage rides, barbershop quartet, and storytelling
• Giant doughnut birthday cake
• Local performance groups entertaining throughout the day
• State Fair Food Cook-Off by Aggieville restaurants
• Street dance and concert by Pink Kadillac
• Champagne toast at midnight

Aggieville business owners and staff want to say "Thank you!" to the community that's supported them for 125 years.
