Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2018 K-State Alumni Association Membership Madness Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on March 1, 2018 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on March 30, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of the Kansas State Alumni Association (the “Sponsor”), and any of its affiliates, shareholders, directors, agents, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.k-state.com/madness (the “Sweepstakes Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the sweepstakes link and complete all required fields of the registration form. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, a “week” is defined as beginning at 5:01 p.m. CT each Friday (with the exception of the first week, which will begin at 12:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, March 1, 2018) and ending at 5:00 p.m. CT each Friday. For the purpose of the Sweepstakes, a “day” is defined as beginning at 5:01pm CT and ending at 5:00pm CT the next day. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to participate is prohibited. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible and will be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service provider will apply. For those who are not members of the K-State Alumni Association, call 1-800-600-2586, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm Central Time to enter the sweepstakes.

4. ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES/INDEMNIFICATION:
   Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor, Administrator and any of their respective officers, employees, affiliates, shareholders, directors, agents, parents or subsidiaries harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant under these Official Rules.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: There will be twenty-two (22) separate daily random drawings (the "Daily Drawings") and four (4) separate weekly random drawings (the "Weekly Drawings"). The Daily Drawings will take place on or about 5:01pm CT each weekday (For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, a “weekday” is defined as Monday through Friday), beginning on March 1, 2018 and ending on March 30, 2018, and will randomly select the winners from among all eligible entries received during the current and previous March 2018 days starting on March 1, 2018 CST. The Weekly Random Drawings will take place on or about 8:00am CT each Monday beginning on March 9, 2018 and ending on March 30, 2018 and will randomly select the winner from among all eligible entries received during the previous week. Each Daily Drawing and Weekly Drawing will be conducted by the K-State Alumni Association. Entries will be carried forward to subsequent Daily and Weekly Drawings, if any. Odds of winning a Daily and Weekly Drawing prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): WEEKLY PRIZE (1): Amazon® Echo and a $75 Amazon® Gift Card. The ARV of the package is $168. WEEKLY PRIZE (2): Bose® SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth speaker. The ARV is $200. WEEKLY PRIZE (3): Tailgating Prize Pack which includes a Quest Folding Sports Wagon, Kansas State Wildcats Fiero BBQ Tools Set, Kansas State Wildcats FANPLATEs set, K-State Solo Cup set, K-State Alumni Association insulated bag and a Kansas State Wildcats Branding Iron. The ARV of the package is $213. WEEKLY PRIZE (4): Kansas State Tundra 45 YETI® Cooler. The ARV of the package is $400. DAILY PRIZE: (5 prizes per week, 22 prizes total): A K-State Alumni Association Tumbler. The ARV of each Daily Prize is $20. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. Daily Prizes will be mailed within 2 weeks following that day’s winner confirmation. Limit one (1) Daily Prize and one (1) Weekly Prize per person. Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

7. GENERAL RULES: The potential Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by applicable law) and assignment of rights within 5 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If correct, updated contact information is not provided by entrant/member an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likenesses, and/or voices, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree that the Sponsor and their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be released and held harmless by entrants and winners for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or prize related activity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical hardware/software failures of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined solely by Sponsor. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held to award the Weekly Prizes and all applicable Daily Prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage web site or undermine legitimate operation of Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws and should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted and any damage made to web site will be responsibility of same. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical/other error in printing of offer/Sweepstakes administration/prize announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Automated, script, macro or robotic entries submitted by individuals will be disqualified. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that: (i) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents.

8. DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this
   Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for promotional purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s promotional purposes.

9.
