Alumni Center campaign

"A Spot That I Love Full Well..."

The K-State Alumni Center is more than just a building; it’s a living testament to the memories, pride and traditions that define the Wildcat community.

As visitors walk through the doors, they are enveloped in a sense of homecoming, where the university’s legacy transcends and serves as a powerful connection point to their personal K-State story.

Whether they are future students, proud alumni, current students or first-time visitors, everyone who experiences this space should leave with a deepened love for K-State, feeling connected to its tradition, and inspired to be part of its future.

The need for Alumni Center Building Renovations:

  • The Alumni Center was built in 2002 and is nearing a quarter of a century old.
  • Technology upgrades and maintenance are needed to continue to operate and serve the needs of our K-Staters, guests and visitors.
  • This needed renovation will ensure a vibrant, welcoming and premiere space for K-Staters to call home.
  • $1.3+ million in deferred maintenance for the building has been identified.
  • $6 million has been identified to renovate the existing space as part of a comprehensive campaign to raise $50 million by 2030 in support of Next-Gen K-State, the university’s strategic plan.
