A letter from Alumni Association President and CEO Amy Button Renz regarding COVID-19

Posted March 16, 2020

The following message was sent via email by the Alumni Association to all K-State alumni and friends.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and national emergency, Kansas State University has announced that it will enter limited operations status through the end of the semester. This information follows previous announcements that all in-person classes are suspended the week of March 16-20 and beginning March 23, classes will be taught remotely until further notice.

The K-State Alumni Association staff will now be working remotely. Our staff will monitor and review our upcoming events across the country as necessary and will update Wildcats in those areas via email and our social media channels. The K-State Alumni Center staff will continue to provide service to those who have booked space.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) is having a greater impact in the United States, our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by the pandemic. We know that the effects of this virus will be personal, professional and potentially long-lasting.

Visit Kansas State University's COVID-19 page to stay up-to-date on future changes.

If your K-State Alumni Association can be of service to you at this time or if you have questions regarding an event or program, please do not hesitate to contact us at alumni@k-state.com.

Take care, and as always — Go 'Cats!
