Join the Alumni Association for a faculty and staff happy hour to celebrate our 150th anniversary
For 150 years, we’ve served the Wildcat Community. The Alumni Association is planning to celebrate this milestone in style with multiple events and recognition opportunities throughout 2024.
To kick the festivities off, we’re inviting all K-State faculty and staff to join us for a happy hour on Jan. 18 at the K-State Alumni Center. The happy hour will take place in the Tointon Great Room from 4-6 p.m. No RSVP required to attend. Socialize with other K-Staters from across campus and help us celebrate. Drinks and light snacks will be served. We’ll also have some short remarks from our president and CEO, Adam Walker.
“We’re excited to celebrate our faculty and staff and thank them for their hard work as we begin a new semester and kick off the celebration of our 150th anniversary,” Walker said. “We hope you can join us for this happy hour and socialize with your colleagues from across campus.”
Door prizes will include several tickets to K-State men’s and women’s basketball games.
Attendees who are members of the Alumni Association should bring their paper membership card or their digital membership card on our mobile app to receive a special gift. Membership is not required to attend. To join visit, k-state.com/join.
