Celebrate graduating International students with free food and prizes at the 2024 International Graduation Celebration
The K-State Alumni Association will honor all international students graduating in May, August and December of 2024 at the International Graduation Celebration on Tuesday, April 30.
The celebration will take place from 4-6 p.m. in the K-State Alumni Center's Amy Button Renz Family Banquet Room and attendees can snack on free food and drinks as well as earn a chance to win some awesome K-State prizes!
During the celebration, we’ll also highlight the four recipients of this year’s International Leadership Awards. These students are recognized for their service and contributions to K-State and the surrounding community.
The 2024 International Leadership Award recipients are:
- Remas Alzubaidi, bachelor’s candidate in architectural engineering, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Nishadi Dodampe Mudiyanselage, master’s candidate in agronomy, Awissawella, Sri Lanka
- Tatiana Lesme, bachelor’s candidate in marketing and sales, Asuncion, Paraguay
- Asmita Mahara, master’s candidate in biological and agricultural engineering, Kathmandu, Nepal
