Two award winners will be selected:

• The award will be given to two graduating students: one undergraduate and one graduate student. The recipients are students who have shown outstanding leadership qualities and who actively promote and advocate for engagement within or with the LGBTQ+ community on K-State's campus(es).

Note: We strongly encourage you to prepare answers to the questions in a separate document prior to completing the form. This will minimize the possibility of the session timing out before the form is complete. Only online submissions will be accepted.
