Sherbet

  • 12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 liter light ginger ale 
  • 1 liter carbonated water
  • 4 c. ice
  • 1 pint rainbow sherbet
  • 4 oz. maraschino cherries (with juice)

Take the lemonade and orange juice out of the freezer while you prepare the simple syrup. Bring water to a boil. Add the sugar and boil until it thickens. Allow the mixture to cool. In a large bowl, combine the lemonade, orange juice, ginger ale and carbonated water. Mix in the simple syrup. Add ice and sherbet. Add cherries and juice.
