Traci Ferrell O’Bryan, St. Louis, Missouri, is the CEO of Arcturis, a nationally recognized architectural design firm in St. Louis with a studio in Atlanta, Georgia.
She is passionate about people-focused design that links well-being and productivity to the built environment and fostering the next generation of leaders. O’Bryan has led Arcturis to significant growth, expanding its national presence, and preserved its legacy as a woman-owned business with a 49-year history. She is a forum member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
An advocate for community service, O’Bryan’s board service includes Forest Park Forever, the Regional Business Council, and United Way of Greater St. Louis. Previously, she chaired the St. Louis Community College Foundation and led the Gateway Region YMCA's Annual Fund Campaign twice. Notable recognitions include the St. Louis Business Journal's Most Influential Women and WBE of the Year by the Chicago Women’s Business Development Center, Women of the Year (2014) by Enterprising Women Magazine.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture from K-State in 1986.
O’Bryan and her husband, Mark, have two children, Hayden and Tessa.
