We loved celebrating K-State with all our fellow Wildcats at this year's Wabash CannonBall gala. Thanks to your generosity, we can fund even more scholarships to bring future Wildcats to campus.

Fund a Wildcat is the Wabash CannonBall's philanthropic portion of the evening that raised more than $360,000 at the 2026 event. Thanks to your generosity, we will be able to award more than 120 scholarships to students from the greater Kansas City area for the 2026-2027 school year.

We also celebrated the milestone of more than $10 million raised since the event began in 2007. 

"Every gift, no matter the size, opens doors, creates opportunity, and makes a tangible difference in the lives of K-State scholars," said 2026 chairs Marc '05 and Bridgette Shaffer. "Together, we are focusing on what matters most: people, opportunity, and the future of the Wildcat family."
