Jake Quigley ’06, ’09, ’11, Boston, Massachusetts, is currently the vice president of operations for Benchmark Senior Living. Benchmark is a premier senior living provider in seven states throughout the northeast offering independent living, assisted living and memory care across 65 communities.

He simultaneously is an adjunct professor for Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, where he teaches about gerontology, health care management and public policy.

Previously Quigley served as the director of asset management for The RMR Group, an owner of over 250 senior living communities across 37 states. Quigley also served 10 years as an executive director for numerous senior living communities throughout the Northeast. He is a five-year veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served in health care operations in Spain, Rhode Island and Cuba. He started his career in long-term care at Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community in Manhattan, Kansas.

Quigley and his partner, Zach Hallam, live in Boston.

He earned three degrees from K-State: a bachelor’s degree in gerontology: long-term care administration in 2006; a master's degree in gerontology in 2009; and a master’s degree in community development in 2011. Additionally, he earned a doctorate in law and public policy from Northeastern University.
